BAN-KUTIR, RESORTS AT SUNDERBAN

Ban Kutir is an eco-resort proposed on the edge of UNESCO protected area of the Sundarbans for Ambuja Neotia on a thin farm site of 10.5 acres. Despite being in an eco-sensitive zone, near the buffer zone of a tiger sanctuary, the project aims to demonstrate the kind of projects that can be allowed in such zones – with practically zero ecological footprint and impact, except of course positive economic impact.
