Mayank Mishra B-Arch has been associated with SHiFt since last 16 years. A graduate from Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mayank naturally evolved into the role of Studio Head with SHiFt. Being able to simultaneously lead the varied process at SHiFt, Mayank leads the creative, research and analytical thinking tasks, while maintaining his role as a designer. Green Building, Eco Resorts, a real estate IT Park, various institutional buildings passive solar architecture, water management systems, energy cycle, lifecycle analysis these are examples of Mayank's impressive list of projects and skills. He has additionally dealt with brand consultan, graphic design, product design, furniture design and website design.

Manisha ventured into business development after studying at the Instituto Europeo di Design, Milan, and gathered extensive experience by working alongside numerous apparel and product designers, including India's premier swimwear brand, Shivan & Narresh. Her specialised studies, coupled with her projects, enhance her eye for quality, detail and presentation, making her the perfect strategist for luxury space. She has been heavily involved with interior spaces and furniture manufacturing since 2011, trying to strike a balance between high quality, ethical mass production and woodworking on one side, and craft revival and artisan incubation on the other, whilst delving more and more into material studies.
