The site is about 5 acres. The overall site is divided in two parts. The one overlooking the stream (around 2acres) will be used to build the following.

Residential Area, Cottages, Meditation hall, Administration building, Cow shed, Staff quarters.

The unique meditation hall is about 30m diameter dome completely made up of white terrazzo finish with internal ribs.
